Dongying Mingde Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd. (former Drilling Mud Additives Factory of Petroleum University), established in1992, is a professional oilfield service company focusing on oil drilling, well completion and oil production testing engineering, supported by China University of Petroleum. We have taken "Integrity, strictness, cooperation and win-win" as our mission and paid close attention to production management and new product research in the past 20 years. The products we are manufacturing and exporting includes Plasma Slotted Liner Pipe, Water Well Slotted Screens Pipe, Drilling Rig Spare Parts, Oil Pump Unit Casting Parts, Drilling Fluid Materials, etc.
In 2004, Mingde won the ISO 9000 quality system certificate and has won more than 20 invention patents and 10 more utility model patents, becoming the first class vendor of CNPC and SINOPEC. In 2008, Drilling Mud Additive Factory was restructured to Dongying Mingde Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd. of China University of Petroleum by the stipulation of Ministry of Education of PRC.
Mingde is comprised of Petroleum Additive Factory, Mud Technical Service Center, Plasma Slotted Liner & Screen Factory, Petroleum Equipment Company, Well Completion and Sand Control Technology Center. There are more than 5 branches in Beijing, Xinjiang, Jilin, Kazakhstan etc. Our technical service mainly engaged in drilling mud research and development, site drilling mud design and service, technical solution for high difficulty well, research and production of drilling mud additives, oil production additives and refining additives, R&D of downhole tools and sand control tools. In 2011, the first well drilling and completion research center-Well Completion Engineering and Technology Research Center, mainly engaged in drilling and completion technology and relative tools R&D. The Plasma Slotted Liner technology is proved to reach the international leading level, and awarded the Science and Technology Award by the Ministry of Education, China Petroleum and Chemistry Industrial Association and China Mechanical Industrial Association. It has been applied worldwide with great success and proved extremely well because of its unique construction and characteristics
There are four research centers in Mingde, drilling mud technical research center, oil production research center, refining additives research center and completion & sand control technology and tools research center under supervision of professors from China University of Petroleum.
The actual capital of Mingde is more than 50,000,000 RMB, and the authorized asset capital is 15,000,000 RMB. The area it covers is 54000 m2 in total, with the production area of 40000 m2 and the building area of 14000 m2. Its production ability includes 5000 metric tonnes liquid petroleum additives, 3000 metric tonnes solid petroleum additives, and 100,000 meters plasma slotted liner. With the two aspects, Mingde has great production and marketing ability to meet current needs.

In the year 2011, our company setup its first drilling and completion technology research institute by the name of Well Completion Engineering Technology Research Center for designing and developing drills and supporting tools.
We are proud to boast of our oil production technology research room, mud technology research room, sand control research room and refining aids research room. All these research rooms are lead by exerts, who are responsible for steady and quality based research and development of Heavy Oil Viscosity Reducer, Steel Drill Collar etc.
